Favorite part of your job?
A favorite part of my job is reviewing a product design as a team during the development phase of a project and seeing the team ideate and execute technical solutions/improvements! This exciting work leads to my favorite part of the job, the launching of vapor products that meet the expectations of our adult tobacco consumers.

A Better TomorrowTM is a forward-focused mission, one that demands that we create new products that have the potential to improve the lives of our adult consumers.
Greatest career achievement (thus far)?
This is a tricky question as I have been with the company for almost 25 years and been a part of many great projects. I think that it may be my involvement with innovative technologies.
